Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Flower Arrangement
Flower arrangements (including flower types, colors, and overall appearance) may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability and stock. We always strive to maintain the style, quality, and value as close as possible to the product shown.

2. Valentine’s Day Delivery Period (10–18 February)
Due to the high volume of orders during Valentine’s Day, customers can select delivery by time period only. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Available delivery periods are as follows:

• Morning: 08.00 – 13.00

• Afternoon: 13.00 – 18.00

• Evening: 18.00 – 22.00

Orders will be delivered within the selected time period.

3. Delivery Time Notice
During 10–18 February, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time. For example, a morning delivery may arrive at any time between 08.00 – 13.00.

4. Accuracy of Receiver Information
Please ensure that the receiver’s details (name, phone number, and delivery address) are complete and accurate. Incomplete or incorrect information may cause delivery delays or result in additional charges.

5. Delivery to Condominiums, Hotels, Hospitals, and Office Buildings
For deliveries to condominiums, hotels, hospitals, or office buildings, delivery will be subject to the regulations of each location. We cannot guarantee delivery directly to a room or specific unit.

6. Receiver Unavailable at Delivery Location
During 10–18 February, our courier can wait up to 10 minutes at the delivery location.
If the receiver cannot be reached or is unavailable, we will proceed as follows:

• Leave the flowers with a representative (such as security staff or reception), or

• Return the bouquet to our shop and arrange re-delivery in the next available time slot

Re-delivery will incur an additional fee of 500 THB or more, depending on the delivery area. The same bouquet will be re-delivered.

7. Receiver Refuses the Flowers
If the receiver refuses to accept the flowers for any reason, the delivery will be considered completed and no refund will be provided.

8. Change of Delivery Address (13–18 February)
Any request to change the delivery address during 13–18 February must be made at least 2 days in advance.
Late requests may result in additional charges, and the delivery time slot may be adjusted accordingly.

9. Order Cancellation
Order cancellations must be made by 9 February.
A 20% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply.

10. Free Delivery
Free delivery within Bangkok is available for orders with a total value above 2,000 THB.

11. Surprise Delivery
If you request a surprise delivery, please ensure that both the receiver and the sender are reachable throughout the selected delivery time period.
If neither party can be contacted, delivery may be delayed or additional charges may apply.

12. Force Majeure
We reserve the right to adjust delivery schedules in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
