Delivery Information

1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer flower and plant delivery across Bangkok. Please make sure to provide your accurate address during checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process.

2. Delivery Times
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Bangkok time). Orders placed after this cutoff will be delivered the next day. Delivery times are between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time slot. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on traffic or weather conditions.

3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address. You’ll see the exact delivery cost during checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free delivery for certain promotions or order values, so be sure to check our website for any ongoing offers.

4. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a confirmation email with delivery details. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery team will make one more attempt. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the order will be returned to our shop, and we’ll contact you to arrange another delivery or refund.


Return & Refund Policy

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@bestbloombuddy.com. We’ll assess the situation and arrange a resolution, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Please include photos of the damaged item to help us process your claim quickly.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, flowers, plants, and other perishable goods cannot be returned once delivered. We also cannot accept returns for personalized items or custom orders.

3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us for further assistance.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange your flowers or plants for a different arrangement, we recommend that you can place a new order.
